How it works
ChromaHide is built for quick friend groups: one host opens a room, everyone joins with a link, then hiders disguise themselves before the seeker is released.
Enter a nickname, create a room, and copy the invite link. Friends can join without accounts, downloads, or individual purchases.
Hiders choose or sample materials such as grass, concrete, wood, carpet, sand, and shadow, then freeze their pose near matching surfaces.
The seeker searches the 3D map, uses a limited scan pulse for vague hints, and tags suspicious hiders before the timer runs out.
Hiders and seekers
The fun is not invisibility. Hiders survive by looking just convincing enough, and seekers win by noticing movement, silhouette, material mismatches, and bad poses.
Find a hiding spot, match your body material to the environment, rotate into position, hold still, and survive until time expires.
Search the arena, inspect suspicious surfaces, scan when the trail goes cold, and tag every hider before the round timer ends.
Role reveal, hiding preparation, seeking, result, and play again are designed to keep groups moving without a heavy lobby flow.
